Kade Reinertson

Kade was a four year starter at Valparaiso University (D1, Missouri Valley Conference). He joins Chips Des Moines as the lead catching instructor and assistant hitting instructor.

Using his experience at the D1 level, Kade uses modern coaching techniques to develop elite-level catchers in receiving, throwing, and blocking. His development of hitters utilizes a multi-faceted approach incorporating data, mental aptitude, and swing kinematics.

Kade's coaching style draws from his experience as both a D1 baseball player and coach (Ballard High School) to create a player-centric, relationship-driven environment for his athletes.
